INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERING & APPOINTMENTS
You can place your orders online on the website, and pay securely through “Stripe” – the available Payment Gateway on www.jaylasbeauty.com.au
If you are looking to make an appointment, you can click on “Make An Appointment” to do so.
Please note that appointments are subject to availability, so we encourage you to book online.
If for any reason you are unable to book your appointment on the website, please contact us via phone or social media.
Kindly be punctual with your appointments. In case you are late, we will be only able to accommodate you for the time you are booked in. You will still be charged full price of what you have booked us for. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and cancelling policy will still apply.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
The products we sell are of high quality, and even though we are always stocked up, if at all we are not able to supply or deliver your order, we have the right to substitute it with a similar product with similar features, serving the same purpose. However, if we are not able to provide you with a suitable replacement, you can choose to get a refund or a store credit and redeem it within 30 days of placing your order.
INFORMATION ABOUT OUR SERVICES
The services we provide at Jayla’s Beauty Salon are listed under the Services page of the website. We have qualified lash technicians onboard to make you feel like the queen you are.
We do not, at any time, take the responsibility of any allergic reactions that may take place, as we do not know how your body reacts to the treatments.
However, please contact us within 72 hours and we can remove the lashes free of cost in case of reactions. Kindly note that you will not be liable for a refund for a service that has already been delivered to you. You will be required to send us photos of your lashes if requested for, so that we can help you in the best way possible.
INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENTS
The prices of both- our products and services have been listed in Australian dollars are include GST. Your online order will only be shipped once we receive the full payment. You can pay online via the available payment gateway, or by card or cash if you are visiting the salon. The onus of providing complete payment and delivery details will be on the customer. We are unable to bear the responsibility for any loss or delay in delivering your order if it is due to incorrect information.
Regarding services in the salon, we reserve the right to refuse to offer our services or products to any one at any given time. We will issue a refund in case of a refusal from our end.
We reserve the right to reject your order. If this occurs, we will refund you for what you have paid.
INFORMATION ABOUT POSTAGE
We deliver using Australia Post, and the postage cost may vary depending on how big your order is. Please contact us for more information.
We also offer Click and Collect Option via our website, so feel free to pickup your orders to save up on postage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. If you cancel within this time frame you will be charged 30% of your total booking cost.
If you fail to attend your appointment and fail to notify us, you will be charged 50% of your total booking cost.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns for the products that are sold unless it is faulty. No refunds can be issued for already sold products, and if you find a product faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you avail of any of our services and have any concerns, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
LIABILITY LIMITATION
We are not legally obliged to cover any loss that you may suffer as a result of browsing this website or placing your orders. These could be server errors, or from any use of this website. We cannot be held responsible for your usage of this website.
